KBFB- 979 The Beat, a prominent radio station catering to urban contemporary music enthusiasts, sought to revitalize its brand identity and promotional materials. With a vision to maintain its relevance in the competitive media landscape, 979 The Beat aimed to modernize its image while staying true to its core values.

Problem:

In an evolving media landscape, KBFB recognized the need to refresh its brand identity and promotional materials to resonate with its target audience effectively. Outdated promotional gear, including billboards, lacked visual appeal and failed to capture the essence of the station’s vibrant energy. The existing website design and print collateral also required a contemporary overhaul to reflect the station’s evolving identity accurately.

Solution:

To address KBFB’s branding challenges, a comprehensive strategy was devised to revamp its visual identity across various platforms. The following solutions were implemented: Brand Identity Redesign, Promotional Design, Website Design, Print Collateral, Event Design.

The implementation of the revitalized brand identity and promotional materials yielded significant positive outcomes for KBFB – 97.9 The Beat. It increased the brand visibility and preception, along with user engagement.
