Project Info
Doctors On Call is a healthcare company that aims to simplify healthcare management for users. The design approach was to design and develop a web application that would allow users to manage all of their healthcare needs in one location. The application would enable users to find doctors, schedule appointments, find pharmacies, labs, specialists, and healthcare centers. The project’s goal was to create an intuitive, user-friendly tool that would simplify healthcare management for users and enhance their overall health and wellness.
Challenge
Designing the Doctors On Call website presented a number of challenges that I had to overcome. The main challenge was to create a user-friendly, intuitive interface that simplified the healthcare management process for users. I had to balance the need for comprehensive information with the need for a clean, uncluttered design that was easy to navigate.
Another challenge was researching healthcare sites and public user data to find pain points for users when it comes to website vs mobile. Despite these challenges, I was able to create a website that met the needs of our the users, providing a valuable tool for healthcare management.

The Doctors On Call project is an example of my design approach to creating intuitive, user-friendly tools that simplify complex processes. The website includes a dashboard that provides users with an overview of their upcoming appointments, prescription refills, and other important information. The main features help users quickly find doctors, pharmacies, labs, specialists, and healthcare centers in one location.
